Laser Treatments
Laser treatments emit waves of light energy to minimize the appearance of skin concerns, such as port-wine stains, acne, and wrinkles, with less pain and downtime than traditional surgical procedures.
Laser Treatments

Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Pennsylvania is a state-of-the-art facility in the greater Philadelphia area on the Main Line in Devon that offers expert treatment with the most advanced laser and energy-based devices available. At our 8,000+ sq. ft. center, Jordan V. Wang, MD, MBE, MBA, and the board-certified dermatologists provide patients with the personalized care they deserve. Our experienced dermatologists have the skill and high-level training to treat even the most complex skin concerns, from spider veins and vascular lesions to port-wine stains and unwanted tattoos.

PICOPLUS®
With two wavelengths, this new picosecond laser can effectively remove unwanted tattoo pigment and hair nearly anywhere on the face or body. It works especially well for hard-to-remove pigments, such as yellow, red, and black tattoo ink. Unlike some devices, the PicoPlus is also effective for Asian and darker skin tones. Its ability to offer extreme precision and control yields noticeable results in a shorter amount of time than alternative lasers.

VBEAM® PRIMA
Two wavelengths and built-in cooling systems allow the Vbeam Prima to deliver a high level of versatility, comfort, and skin protection that other pulsed-dye laser (PDL) devices can’t match. As a result, this laser is highly effective at treating a broad range of skin concerns on the face and body, including rosacea, scars, stretch marks, hemangiomas, angiomas, spider veins, inflammatory acne, pigmented lesions, fine lines and wrinkles, and port-wine stains.

FRAXEL® DUAL
The Fraxel DUAL combines non-ablative (no skin wounding) with ablative (temporary skin wounding) technology to target both surface pigmentation and deeper layers of tissue. By targeting the upper and lower layers of the skin, the device can substantially improve an array of skin concerns, including acne scarring, age spots and brown spots, birthmarks, café au lait, stretch marks, hemangiomas, and fine lines and wrinkles.
