filler injections
in Devon, PA

While there are a variety of anti-aging treatments available today, injectables are among the most popular options for individuals seeking minimally invasive procedures that deliver visible, long-lasting results with little-to-no downtime. Even better, injectables can be combined with other treatments, such as laser resurfacing, to provide the most effective skin rejuvenation available today.

Juvederm & Juvederm Ultra

Juvederm is a type of hyaluronic acid dermal filler manufactured by Allergan that is used to smooth out mild wrinkles on the face and can also be used to plump up and contour the lips. Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Pennsylvania also offers Juvederm Ultra, formulated for deeper filling. The syringe used for Juvederm injections also contains a numbing anesthetic to reduce discomfort. Many patients find that the treatment is comfortable enough on its own, to the point that you may not need a topical anesthetic.

Juvederm Voluma XC

Manufactured by Allergan, Juvederm Voluma XC is a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler that targets volume loss and sagging skin. It is the first FDA-approved filler for restoring cheek volume. With Voluma XC, your board-certified dermatologist at Laser & Skin Surgery Center of Pennsylvania can effectively reduce the signs of aging by providing a subtle lift to the midface.

juvederm volbella xc

Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York was among the first in the city to provide Allergan’s Volbella injections for the treatment of smoker’s lines and thin lips. In fact, the clinical trials were carried out right at the facility. When injected by a board-certified dermatologist, Volbella treatments can increase lip volume while softening the perioral lines around the mouth. Results can last up to 12 months with a single injection.

juvederm vollure XC

The first HA dermal filler FDA-approved to treat moderate-to-severe wrinkles, such as deep nasolabial folds, Juvederm Vollure XC plumps up areas lacking volume through a versatile formulation. Vollure XC’s formulation is less viscous and cohesive than many of its predecessors, so it’s best suited for individuals seeking subtle, natural-looking enhancements.

restylane

Another HA filler created by Galderma, Restylane enhances volume in the midface and along the jawline to improve the appearance of moderate-to-severe wrinkles and folds. In addition, all Restylane products contain the numbing anesthetic lidocaine, which reduces the need for topical anesthetics in many patients.

Restylane Kysse is another hyaluronic acid-based filler developed by Galderma. Formulated specifically to enhance the shape and volume of the lips, the treatment uses proprietary cross-linking technology that allows the lips to maintain their natural look and feel. restylane refyne / defyne

Restylane REFYNE and DEFYNE are HA fillers developed by Galderma. Both products are specifically engineered to mimic the hyaluronic acid your body already produces to soften static wrinkles, creases, and folds in the face. Results are instantaneous and can last up to 12 months.

RHA fillers

RHA fillers are a new generation of dermal fillers that contain RHA, or resilient hyaluronic acid — a type of hyaluronic acid that targets both static and dynamic wrinkles. Before RHA fillers, dynamic wrinkles, such as crow’s feet and forehead lines, only responded to neuromodulators, such as Botox. However, RHA fillers efficiently fill in these lines while maintaining the natural movement of the treatment region. In many cases, results from RHA fillers can last up to 15 months.
